Gekapt

Een nieuw kapsalon in Gent, ontworpen voor een kapper met een uitgesproken persoonlijkheid. Het interieurontwerp vertaalt die eigenheid naar een commerciële ruimte waarin karakter, functionaliteit en verfijning samenkomen.

Op maat gemaakte meubels in geborsteld aluminium en notenhout vormen de blikvangers van het interieur. Tegen een achtergrond van parket en zachtroze muren ontstaat een contrast tussen warme materialen en koele, reflecterende oppervlakken. De combinatie geeft het kapsalon een herkenbare uitstraling die tegelijk gedurfd en uitnodigend is.

De interieurinrichting vertrekt vanuit de dagelijkse werking van het kapsalon, maar laat ook ruimte voor expressie. Het maatwerk en de materiaalkeuzes geven vorm aan een eigen identiteit, waarin de persoonlijkheid van de opdrachtgever en het ambacht van het kappersvak voelbaar zijn.

A new hair salon in Ghent, designed for a hairdresser with a distinctive personality. The interior design translates this individuality into a commercial space that brings together character, functionality and refinement.

Custom-made furniture in brushed aluminium and walnut forms the centrepiece of the interior. Set against parquet flooring and soft pink walls, the contrast between warm materials and cool, reflective surfaces creates a distinctive atmosphere. The result is a salon that feels both bold and inviting.

The interior is shaped around the everyday activities of the salon while leaving room for expression. Bespoke furniture and carefully selected materials establish a distinct identity, reflecting both the personality of the client and the craftsmanship of the hairdressing profession.
