Poel

Poel is een compacte praktijkruimte die ontstaat uit de kruising van twee heldere volumes.
De Y-vormige plattegrond vormt een centrale kern waarin de functies samenkomen, terwijl de vleugels zich openen naar het omliggende landschap.

De zwarte gevelbekleding en de verheven positie op stelten geven het paviljoen een bijna archetypische aanwezigheid.
Poel is een plek van rust en beschutting, waar eenvoud en symmetrie een onverwachte ruimtelijkheid oproepen.

The project Poel is a compact practice space emerging from the intersection of two simple volumes.
The Y-shaped floor plan creates a central core where functions converge, while the wings open up towards the surrounding landscape.

The black cladding and elevated position on stilts lend the structure an archaic, almost archetypal presence.
Poel is a place of stillness and shelter, where simplicity and symmetry generate an unexpected richness of space.
